RE: ADMINISTRATIVE DROPS
Please check your respective class schedules on BANNER to insure that you have not been administratively dropped from any of your Fall 2014 courses due to ‘No Show’. The reason that you may have been administratively dropped is due to not being present. The first day of classes began August 25, 2014.
The Office of Student Financial Aid will freeze enrollment for all students and begin disbursing aid to students on Friday, September 19, 2014. We want to insure that your aid is disbursed properly according to your enrolled class hours.
PLEASE NOTE: All students will have until mid-term to get administrative drops corrected with the Office of Student Records/University Registrar and the Office of Student Financial Aid.

ACADEMIC ADVISEMENT AND ONLINE REGISTRATION
Academic Advisement & Online Registration for the Summer & Fall 2014 Academic School year will begin Monday, March 17, 2014.
Continuing sophomores, juniors, and seniors will be advised in their respective departments. Freshmen and undecided majors will be advised in the Center for Excellence and Student Learning. To ensure that you have options of course scheduling, you are encouraged to register "Online - Not In Line"
Student AccountsStudent billing statements are now available for viewing Go to http://sutton2.mvsu.edu. The Office of Student Accounts has launched a new e-billing service through the student self-service banner module. The student may do the following to view his/her billing statement:

FINANCIAL CLEARANCE NOTICE
Students who have NOT been awarded financial aid (PELL, loans, scholarships, etc.), have NOT made satisfactory payment arrangements with the Office of Student Accounts or have NOT notified the Office of Student Accounts of any third party payments by Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. will be DROPPED from their schedule of classes. To be reinstated in your classes, you will need proof of awarding of financial aid, satisfactory payment arrangements, or proof of third party payment. A late registration fee of $100.00 will also be assessed to be reinstated.
